QuotationsAll written quotations made by Aquarela Systems are valid for 60 days. 30 Days No-Risk to Return PolicyReturn the unit (s) in its original condition and in the same packing box(es) within 30 days. RefundsAll sales are binding and are subject to a restocking charge if a return is required. If a product is returned, the restocking charge is 15% of the value of the product. The returns must be accompanied by an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number before any product can be returned for credit or replacement. Any product returned with irreparable damage will not be eligible for refund. Return ProcessingPlease contact us at sales@aquarelasystems.com to obtain an RMA and return shipping address prior to returning product. All returns should be made within 30 days of date of receiving of the product (s) and it needs to include the receipt and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. All return freight charges must be prepaid. Defective merchandise may be returned within 90 days of receiving of the product (s) and need not be in original packaging. All defective merchandise is subject to incoming inspection. Product Inspection Freight DamageCustomers should inspect all merchandise upon delivery to verify the product and the quantity are as ordered. We should be advised immediately of any discrepancy. If merchandise is delivered and has been damaged in transit, please contact us at sales@aquarelasystems.com immediately to initiate a claim. It is important to keep the shipping carton, all packaging material and products intact for claim inspection. Limitation of LiabilityAquarela Systems has sole obligation for products that prove to be defective within 365 days of purchase (one year) and will be for replacement or refund. In no event shall Aquarela Systems liability exceed the buyer's purchase price, nor shall it be liable for any indirect or consequential damages. This warranty does not apply to products which have been subject to misuse.
